1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the WUREXA website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

WUREXA provides digital services including web development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, graphic design, branding, SEO and social media management. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

3. Proposals & Payment

Projects begin after a proposal is accepted. Payment terms are defined in each proposal. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad budgets) are billed separately at cost unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions & Delivery

Revision rounds are specified per package. We deliver within agreed timelines; delays caused by late client feedback may extend delivery dates.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client. WUREXA may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
